This data is used to contact you regarding your request (valuation assessment, investment opportunity, broker application, contact message) and, for sellers and investors under contract, to manage the ongoing administration of the annuity and its payments.
As our seller client base is predominantly elderly, and certain data (age, occupancy status, identity documents, notarial records) is sensitive, Liban Viager is committed to implementing appropriate encryption and retention measures, the technical details of which will be specified before commercial launch.
Your data is shared only with the parties strictly necessary to process your file: our internal team, the notary handling the deed, our insurance partner and, where applicable, the identity verification (KYC) provider.
